    Delivery Issue

    The product itself is good and looks exactly as pictured. I did have quite a bit of an issue with customer service in actually receiving the link for my item. I talked with several people and sent messages of not receiving the email link upon purchase and it took several days to receive that. If thats the normal period time to receive the item that is totally fine, but its listed as an immediate download.

    Sorry about the technical issues you faced. It is an instant download that is sent via link in email, we will investigate why you had issues. Unfortunately, your chats came in after hours during a weekend when our customer support team is not working. We'll be better about advertising business hours.
