Top Eight (unisex!) Eid Gifts For Toddlers That Won’t Break the Bank!

As a mother to a two-and-a-half year old, I have started shopping for my daughter’s Eid gifts - I’ll get her two or three nice presents to keep the excitement of Eid alive that morning.  Similarly, because I have so many cousins and a brother with kids a similar age to mine, I have other children under the age of five to shop for as well. I came up with a list of toys that won’t break the bank, and won’t overwhelm the parents with “too many toys."  All ideas listed here are under $30!

Since Ramadan is less than a week away, I wanted to share with you a fun idea to help your child (or children!) ring in this Ramadan.  Our children are often mesmerized by lights at Christmas, the beautiful Easter baskets in the spring, and the abundance of candy at Halloween.  But what about our blessed month, Ramadan? DIY Ramadan and Eid Jars --

Over the weekend, we made mason jars to decorate our home with for Eid and Ramadan.  We wanted something easy and quick, and since we are loving the #PurpleRamadan theme all over social media, we made some jars purple and some gold.  We were inspired by a super cute tutorial for Easter in which you put a bunny sticker on a jar, spray paint it, and gift it filled with candy to friends and family.  We knew we would do something just as fun for Ramadan and Eid to decorate our home in.  They make great Ramadan party decor or...
