USA customers can expect products in 3-7 business days. You will need to select the priority mail upgrade option to get them in 1-4 business days. We use USPS domestically and they are experiencing significant delays.

Canadian orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS, which is advertised as 5 business days. Canadian orders only ship M-F.  If you are in Canada and would like to pay for FedEx priority, email us at for a quote.  It is $10-$15 USD more for this service and can take 2 - 3 days transit.  We are happy to help you upgrade.  

UK friends + friends anywhere else.  We also use  UPS or FedEx International via air for your orders.  This can take up to 10 days on average after we dispatch but can potentially be delayed.  

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any duties charged.  We do not mark products as "gift".

What happens if USPS delays my item?

Your special item ships via USPS mail. This is another 3-7 business days, but unfortunately, mail carriers are experiencing delays.

Note that we are not responsible for delays that occur during shipping. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item ships from us.

The buyer will be responsible for double-checking their address as we will not pay for shipping an item back to you if it is returned to me for insufficient address; buyer will be charged shipping plus a small convenience fee if an item is returned to me due to insufficient address. If an item appears to be delayed by USPS, the buyer is responsible for contacting USPS. International buyers are responsible for customs fees.

What happens if USPS lost my package?
If your package shows a status of delivered, please contact your mail courier.  Unfortunately, when a package leaves our warehouse and is handed off to the mail courier, we have no further control over the whereabouts.  We offer tracking on all packages and encourage you to monitor tracking and have someone present to accept delivery.  J+M is not liable for packages stolen off your property.  We do not refund customers for stolen packages that show a status of "delivered.".
