Returns & Exchanges

 

RETURNS

We accept returns/exchanges of U.S. orders within 30 days of the date the order was received.  Eid / seasonal Items must be returned within 7 days of the order receipt. Sale items are all final sale.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchanges are processed as a refund with a new item needing to be purchased. Please pay close attention to size chart.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 2-7 business days.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

For international returns, any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.  Please email help@jasmineandmarigold.com to process return/exchange requests.

REFUNDS

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.  

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE  and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If the item you purchased goes on sale within 10 days of your original purchase, you may contact support for an adjustment.  Price adjustments are processed as store credit.  

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.  You are responsible for return shipping charges, and we highly suggest purchasing tracking # return.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase.  If your item arrives damaged, this must be reported within 30 daysof receiving your item.  

If your item is faulty upon receipt, contact us at info @ jasmineandmarigold.com to process a refund.

  • Gift cards
  • Items in clearance/door-busters during sales 
  • Items on sale
