Pre-Sale information

Thank you for your interest in our pre-sale.  We love offering pre-sales to make things easier for our customers to order the products that they love.  Pre-orders have some restrictions as noted below.

1. Pre-Order Payment

Payment is required at the time order is placed and is accepted via all major credit cards, PayPal, or Shop Pay installments. By placing your Pre-Order, you understand that you may not change or modify your order.

2.  Delivery

All pre-orders will be delivered at the end of August (8/20/2022-8/30/2022).  We will make every effort to deliver at the promised timeframe, customers must agree that there may be delays that are out of our control.  Jasmine + Marigold is not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays.

All in-stock items placed with your pre-order items will ship with pre-order items in July.  If you need in-stock items now, please place two orders.

3. Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations

Please note that all pre-order items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged for any given reason.  By purchasing during our pre-order period, you agree that there will be no cancellations for any reason.  Jasmine + Marigold will provide periodic shipping updates leading up to shipments. If shipment arrival date exceeds 30 days from ETD, you may contact us at info@jasmineandmarigold.com to request changes.
