Here’s How to (Sort of) Survive the Clock Change"

This weekend marks the annual tradition of "Fall Back," where we gain an extra hour of sleep—ha! If only our kids got the memo! We know that adjusting to the time change can feel like wrangling an army of overly-energetic squirrels, but fear not!

We’ve got some fun and helpful tips to ease the transition for both you and your little ones.

1. Start the Shift Early Gradually adjust your kiddo’s bedtime by 15 minutes a night leading up to Sunday. This makes the time shift feel less like a sudden "Wait, what just happened?" moment.
