Estimated Shipping Times

USA: We process orders within 1-2 business days for all in-stock products.  Please allow 2-7 business days after shipment from Dallas, TX.  .

Outside of the USA: 7-20 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Our shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.

What happens if FedEx or UPSPS delays my item?


Note that we are not responsible for delays that occur during shipping. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item ships from us. The buyer will be responsible for double-checking their address as we are unable to pay for an item if it is returned to us for insufficient address; buyer will be charged shipping if an item is returned to me due to insufficient address. 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen off my property?

If shipment states "delivered" but you have not received it, we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery or it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.  If the parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that is has been delivered, we cannot refund or replace.

 

What products will not be replaced?

If customer provided an incorrect mailing address, customer will be responsible for the purchase of new products. 

If your parcel has a GPS location or photographic evidence that it has been delivered to your property, we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
